Pinch of salt
1 to 2 tablespoons honey (optional)

Instructions:

Add all the ingredients except gelatin and honey to a medium saucepan and bring to a boil. Add gelatin and reduce heat  to simmer for 15 minutes. If you are adding sweetener, now is the time.  Let cool.  This will keep in the fridge for up to 5 days.

Paleo or not this deserves a place on your table. From the first Paleo cookbook that I purchased, Nom Nom Paleo.  I leave out the honey and used orange juice in place of the apple juice, but this recipe is wonderful as is.  Amazing combination of flavors.  I make it the night before and serve chilled the next day with the Turkey.  Below is my take on it.

Ingredients:

8 ounces frozen cranberries
8 ounces frozen sweet cherries
1 cup organic, unsweetened apple juice (or fresh squeezed orange)
½ teaspoon minced ginger
Pinch of salt
1 to 2 tablespoons honey (optional)

Instructions:

Add all the ingredients except honey to a medium saucepan and bring to a boil.  Reduce heat  and simmer for 10 minutes. If you are adding sweetener, now is the time.  Let cool.  This will keep in the fridge for up to 5 days.
